Dirty room

I booked my son and partner in for one night while travelling through. They face timed me to show me the state of the room upon arrival, food stuck on the benches and walls filthy dirty. Then the banging from the nearby rooms. I told them to move motels but no refund as it was a non refundable room. I realise you get what you pay for but you do expect it to be clean at least.

better customer service and management need training

our room given the keys for had not been cleaned crap and food everywhere. next room only set for 2 people we booked for 3. spoke to administrative team in regards to the noise from rooms next yelling jumping off beds till 2am 1st night.. said they would look into it. 2nd night 3am I am knocking on door to tell them to keep it down trying to sleep. no consideration for anyone.. and management were not fazed by our concerns. we left to go to another hotel that respects all people staying in a facility..

just a few things maybe a table and a chair in room rather than the stool a folding table and chair also maybe a shelf seeing theres no cupboard shouldn.t really cost much, a longer curtain in the shower to stop water a bit otherwise good, the bed was comfortable staff were excellent also if you can mention there is no lift on the web page so everyone can have a heads up when booking location is great access in and out was a bit of a hassel but you cant do any thing about that otherwise not bad

A bit far from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. It was value for money as its got free parking and basic breakfast for just 10$ extra. Room was basic, TV. Electric kettle, clean sheets and fresh towels, a small fridge. They do have a microwave downstairs at reception to heat up your food. Quiet rooms, a bit more vaccuming the carpet and dusting needed, I guess cleaners think they are not being paid a fair salary and they leave some cleaning, well can't argue with that. There is a coin laundry and a ironing board with iron(free) are available inside the laundry room.

Air conditioner is broken. If they repair it, they will have to remove the cobwebs first. The room is dim and dingy, poor lighting probably trying to hide the dust. The tiny room has a queen bed with a bunk above it. Maybe if they provided tissues in the room, there wouldn’t be something smeared on the underside of the bunk. At least the tv remote works, even though the battery cover is missing. I will give credit to the friendly and helpful reception staff. But with the way the room is cleaned, I won’t be eating in the dining room.
