I absolutely love this hotel. My husband and I have stayed many times now, and we're never disappointed. We stayed as we were celebrating my birthday ,and when we got to the room (which was upgraded) there was balloons a card and chocolates for me, was such a nice personal touch that makes this hotel what it is and keeps us coming back. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and I want to say a huge thank you to Aurelija (guest experience manager). She is amazing and goes above and beyond to keep her guests happy. Lovely comfy rooms and spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel, and the breakfast is delicious! Literally can not fault this hotel or the staff. Great transport links and right near the Emirates cable cars, along with bars and restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, couples, families, or for business.

Excellent Restaurant Service

Rooms are always great but the highlight was our Gourmet Burger in the Upper Deck of and Sara our server. We do normally stay at the Novotel but don't always eat in the restaurant. Tonight's food was fabulous and the service from Sara was outstanding

The place is beautiful, the hotel staff was outstanding The bed is super comfortable The food was very nice. The service is excellent Sara is such an excellent waitress, she was welcoming, kind and always there. We will definitely visit again because of her.

Our stay was exceptional ! The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beyond comfortable. The location is just perfect for a walk arround the London Excel. Definitely will return in future.

Very nice hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff members were friendly and the room was clean and provided all necessary equipment for a 5 star stay! I highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect for my business meetings due to the calm and quiet atmosphere!
