Excellent value for money. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Nice coffee and tea. Quick and easy check in. Great location for O2 arena, DLR and tube. Sultan at breakfast time worked really hard. Really nice brek. Will book again when in London. Recomended

Had such a lovely stay, comfortable bed, clean room and great breakfast with loads of options. The staff were so friendly and made me feel very welcome. Special shout to to Sully the legend, so helpful and lovely! Warm vibes, would definitely recommend ☺️

Clean quiet room 227 We wanted quick continental breakfast before going to Exel Sultan at breakfast was very helpful and efficient Double bed on small side but we are not massive people Able to open window slightly for fresh air in am Busy breakfast but continually restocking 9am

Clean, quiet rooms for a comfortable night's sleep. Good water pressure, nice room space, comfortable bed. Good bar on site. Easy access to trains to get you further into town. Good location. Staff were helpful, could maybe be a little more warm and welcoming, but not hostile.

Having never stayed in an ibis before I was apprehensive as I thought the cost would reflect the service and room, I was very wrong, for what we paid this was a great budget hotel. They room was adequate with a good hot shower and the bed was really comfortable so we slept really well. Breakfast was also good and the compare Sultan was really helpful he's an asset so thanks to him and all the staff. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
