Clean, quiet rooms for a comfortable night's sleep. Good water pressure, nice room space, comfortable bed. Good bar on site. Easy access to trains to get you further into town. Good location. Staff were helpful, could maybe be a little more warm and welcoming, but not hostile.

Having never stayed in an ibis before I was apprehensive as I thought the cost would reflect the service and room, I was very wrong, for what we paid this was a great budget hotel. They room was adequate with a good hot shower and the bed was really comfortable so we slept really well. Breakfast was also good and the compare Sultan was really helpful he's an asset so thanks to him and all the staff. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Nice stay at Ibis Excel Docklands

I had a good stay in this Ibis hotel. Room was nice and the service was great. Special thanks to Sultan. Breakfast could get a little improvement. I would recommend the hotel, especially if you visit an Event in the ExCel area - 2 minutes by foot.

Great location for the Excel centre. Very helpful staff particularly Sultan. Highly recommend if you have an event at th excel centre. Room was comfortable. The breakfast was edible and the coffee very good. For this part of London the price was reasonable.

After an array of bad hotels in France including another ibis it was so nice to come to this one.

The room service was amazing and so was the food besides the sausages. I too enjoyed the table service. And I would love to say I have enjoyed Sultans service especially! My sweat shirt had dyed a pillow blue, and when I asked for another one, they gave it to me no problem, which I really appreciated
