No hot water. Broken shower head. Broken toilet seat

Do not stay here. Place is rundown. It's 15 mins from airport. No hot water. Broken shower head. Busted toilet seat. Went to see reception staff for another room. The other room had no hot water either. You won't get any sleep as it's right next to the motorway and the glass in windows must be the cheapest they could get

Old horrible place, patchy carpet, dark hallways. Check in guy explained it was the bottom of the chain. Room was adequate I guess, furniture a bit beat up, air conditioning worked well, view from my window was a car park. Felt a bit unsafe at nighttime.

The hotel is 5 minutes drive from the airport - between 21-29 Australian dollars each way. So, it is not really “airport” hotel. The hotel room is functional, the bed was ok Coffee and tea making facilities were very good. Cleanliness - not sparkling clean Interior - very tired/ probably up for renovation

Having stayed at F1 in Europe & Hendra before it became Accor I thought I knew what to expect, BIG mistake. First up, DO NOT pre-pay for breakfast, especially if you have an early flight as nothing happens until 7am, we were told, we left in darkness at 06.30. Doubt if we ever get our $20 back. Do not pay the $5 parking fee, we had NEVER EVER paid for parking before & how the hell are they to know you did not arrive by taxi ? This joint is all about screwing the last cent from customers, an absolute disgrace to the Accor brand. From reception to the rooms it was like "back in the USSR". Room floors were filthy & absolutely NOWHERE to hang any clothes, unlike the old F1. At least they had spent CAPEX on new AC's & they were repainting the corridors but that is about it. PS the other Accor properties are excellent, but, at a price. Maybe Accor management have never heard of Michael Porter but this is an ideal project to look at price elasticity in order to consider improving the offer ?

A cancelled flight meant we needed a hotel close to the airport so I booked the Ibis Budget. Big mistake. From start to finish the experience was woeful. We were given a key to room that was already occupied (man asleep on bed when we opened the door). We were allocated another room (no apology) and it was smelly, small, noisy and horrible. I understand that it's a budget hotel and my expectations weren't high but for $170 (is that really budget??) this was totally unsatisfactory. Ibis (Accor) need to do much better than this.
