great position, overpriced breakfast

hotel in a good position, all staff i encountered were efficient and friendly. rooms clean, comfy. A stand alone shower would of been better than one in the bath. Towels were also desperately thin. Only complaint id have is the breakfasts were overpriced for what you get and wished we'd gone to Hard Rock cafe instead, which is only a 2 minute walk away. We were there 3 days and every day was identical on the hot food section, scrambled egg, beans fried sausage. would of been better to have added bacon in for a change on one of the days

First time in Warsaw and hotel is perfectly located near shopping centre and train station. Great for an overnighter or a couple of days. Rooms clean and staff at both reception and restaurant pleasant and accomodating. Great wines at the Winestone bar attached to the hotel. Would stay again for sure.

Mostly a good experience. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Food was good. Only negative comment was the loud and disruptive drilling that was heard on Friday and Monday. We were not warned about this and it was not good for rest after travelling. Decor needs refreshing. Shower in room 553 was restricted in movement so water pressure was very weak. Toilet bowl in room 552 had black stains which looks unsightly. Small issues but important for paying guests.

I have to sat that its not 1st time in this Hotel. And in Mercure over Europe I am a frequent customer. This time I got room on 5th floor. But on 6 floor there is constructions. Noise all the day. Since I am B. trip , I asked to get brake for 1 hour for con call. They refused. I dont understand why to put people in this side of the hotel if its noisy. Other new idea- water machine out of the room and carafes to self fill. And what if I am already with pijama and want to drink.?...So stupid Idea... Breakfast is good.

The hotel was located near the main train station and other public transports which made the movement around the city very simple. Also near a shopping center in case you need shopping. The SPA are was really a great plus as at the end of a cold day walking outside it was good to come back to the jacuzzi and sauna for a relaxing time. The restaurant at the ground floor, Winestone was also very good. The policy for saving the environment offering drinks if you don't change your towels and sheets every day, the water available on each floor with a carafe in the room to save on plastic, etc., was also impressive. Also they have a small gym where you can exercise.
