One night stay as we were in Manchester to see Peter Kay.. Room was spacious and modern with the bed being extremely comfortable. TV etc in good shape and nothing to fault although I do prefer a toilet with complete privacy. We decided to have the breakfast , it was buffet and although quite busy it was very enjoyable with a good choice of food and coffee, juices etc.. I would definitely return if we got a decent price.

The Location was good. Staff in Breakfast and dinner/Bar areas super. Prices on Menu went up while i had my 3 night night stay. From first night lower, to 2nd& 3rd night higher by alot for the same meal. Only other downside was the bedroom had Silverfish in carpets. Which is a massive Ick

On behalf of my company, I booked a group booking for our staff to stay from Sunday 10 until 15 March and wanted to say how good the hotel was, with all their services. In particular, how great their staff were : Winnie, Yassine, Thomas, Alex and Stan along with all staff.

A great place to stay in central Manchester with comfortable and spacious room. And a varied evening bar menu, can recommend the pizza. But above all the staff were outstanding; friendly, efficient and happy to help. And for me that's 99% of a memorable stay.

Excellent stay .Staff welcoming nothing too much trouble .Food exceptional in exchange restaurant and a really good choice for breakfast .Rooms modern and nice and clean.Really good check in by Pasquale an asset to Novotel .Love the 12 am checkout
