Cheap and nasty.

I didn’t like the room. It was dark and had a cheap feel, especially with the bathroom not in a separate room. I think it failed at being stylish. And, I didn’t think it was comfortable at all. Also, they added a massive tv which dominated the room. Additionally, the staff were rude and snide, even though I was respectful to them, which isn’t acceptable.

We stayed Friday night and left Saturday morning, from arriving to leaving the service was 5 star, they were very happy to help, the rooms were very clean and tidy, plenty of space, minutes walk from the Palace theatre, we will definitely be staying here again next time were in Manchester, 96 portland street

I would avoid staying here if you want a good mattress and a decent sleep. The corridors smelt of weed on our floor, and as you are on a busy road and it’s thin walls you can hear everything. The shower cubicle and door in our room was extremely small and awkward. The breakfast is served at a hotel next door.. which was the best part of our stay.

Good location. Spacious and quiet rooms. Reception & bar staff are efficient but could be friendlier and smile a bit more… They offer pizza 24/7 but coffee is not available in the mornings at 08:00 so you are obliged to spend your money somewhere else…

Had a nice stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for visiting the city and public transportation. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was fine, small, but I expected that and have no complaints. Stayed for 4 nites and was pleased with our stay. Breakfast was in the hotel 2 doors down and was excellent as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
