Convenient place to stay en route from UK to Denmark

Comfortable rooms, good bar and restaurant and underground parking make this an ideal stop-over. Stayed here on the way to Denmark and on the return journey to the UK. The breakfast offering is absolutely superb and full marks to the staff who quickly clear tables and replenish the buffet. An extra coffee machine wouldn’t go amiss. It can be a long wait at busy periods. Great fan of the Accor brand.

We book the hotel last second on All Accor app and arrived very late but got fantastic customer service. Thank you for welcoming us with excellent smiles and our children with a little gifts. Also morning team were fantastic. Great breakfast

I have stayed in Feb 2022 there with my family for 6 nights, the hotel is old and the team is not so friendly, on the check-out day I asked the reception to check out at 12:30 instead of 12:00 and they refused. staying 6 nights and they did not allow me 30 minutes!!!! in General, they are not friendly compared to all other hotels in Germany or any other country in Europe

+Staff very friendly, excellent bar with restaurant where guests can also watch SKY TV. Very good breakfast with varieties. Central location. Affordable parking 5€/night - Structure is old and carpets don’t always look good.

I am currently staying in this hotel with work and for around the 5th time in less than 2 months. I don't normally have an issue but this time im having trouble with the poor WiFi connection, which I can deal with. However what I'm writing about even though it's 2020 and WiFi should reach all rooms is the rudeness of staff at the hotel. I popped to reception to ask about the WiFi as I couldn't connect anywhere and the abrupt answer I got was "well it works here". I explained it didn't work on my floor and the lady just looked at me. It may have been a little less annoying to me if she may e had a hint of a smile, but it didn't seem that was going to happen. If you're working in a customer facing role step one is master a smile!
