Bad sleep

I stayed in 4 hotels in 4 days and this was by far the worst sleep I had. In the bathroom, hidden behind a panel, were huge ventilation pipes which made a loud noise constantly (not the air con for my room or extractor fan for the bathroom, they seemed to be circulating air to elsewhere in the hotel). I found it almost impossible to sleep with the noise. I also find it ridiculous in 2024 when hotels still don’t have plug sockets near the bed to charge phones. The hotel is a short walk from Prater amusement park and its iconic ferris wheel, which was visible from my window. It’s also close to the Vorgartenstraße u-bahn station for easy access to other parts of the city. Next door is the Ibis Budget Hotel which I made the mistake of trying to check-in at!

Very nice hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. Very easy access from airport, also nice walk and walkable distance (for us) to the city centre. Nice and quiet area. The closest supermarket 5 min walk from the hotel. The reception and cafe staff were extremely polite. Thank you very much. We will be back.

Cheap budget hotel close to the centre

We spent 3 nights here and we were happy with our stay. The check-in was quick and the room was spacious as expected. We topped up our water bottles every morning using the free water cooler in reception which was very handy. The hotel is well located by Vorgartenstraße and Praterstern metro stations which gets you to the centre within 10 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is the pillows. They were quite flat and not very comfortable. The hotel isn't that well signposted so it can be easily missed when you're trying to find it, but that's what Google Maps is for! Overall, a peasant stay that didn't break the bank.

Good hotel

The only available hotel I found for the New Year but it turned out to be a good one! Very closed to the Metro station and within walking distance to the Danube! Clean hotel and clean area...Breakfast was good also and the staff was friendly! The tv was working and it had good wifi.

Standard Ibis hotel!

Stayed here for 3 nights in Vienna and can’t really complain. Location was fine (located in between two metro stations and walking distance to Prater). There were also a few pubs/restaurants nearby. The centre can also be reached by metro in a few minutes. The room was just like any other ibis, quite basic but clean and bed was comfortable. It was quiet and we had a lovely view of some of Prater. For what we paid compared to other hotels in Vienna it was definitely a bargain and somewhere I’d consider staying again.
