Brilliant hotel, great location. Breakfast so good and kids eat free! Rooms spacious and clean and my sons loved the games room. Staff were extremely helpful, one ran down the street after we left as my son forgot his phone! Good vibe, good people, stay here

I'm a fan of the Ibis chain and consistently opt for it whenever possible. However, on this particular occasion, my experience left much to be desired. To begin with, I encountered a rather unpleasant odor emanating from the corridors leading to the rooms, resembling that of sewage. The scent extended into my room as well, but fortunately, I was able to alleviate it by keeping the window open. When it comes to cleanliness, I couldn't help but notice the unsightly mold at the bottom of the bathroom curtain. It's disheartening that no one has addressed this issue. Furthermore, the shower drain seemed to be partially obstructed, resulting in water spilling into the room after a shower. I had to use a hotel towel to rectify the situation. Moreover, while the reception was advertised as being available 24 hours a day, I found myself standing at the front desk for a full 10 minutes without any staff present when I checked out at 4 am. I sincerely hope that these observations will be taken into consideration to enhance the overall service quality.

Very simple, clean and utilitarian hotel room. There was a shower instead of a bathing thumb which I appreciate. A smart tv was also available but had no internet connection which makes the smart part of the tv a bit useless. The location is fine, it's at the center of Lisbon, at walking distance from the Saldanha subway and there are a fair number of restaurants and 2 shopping malls in the vicinity.

This IBIS property is lovely and cozy -from the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt at home and good. Here is why: - Booking process is easy and transparent as always on ALL website, you get clear information on where you will be and what to expect. - Front office is staffed with supernice, superfriendly and professional guys and girls. The sweetest kids you can imagine, with no-attitude service from the heart and straight to the point. Room switch due to more sunshine in the morning through the window -no problem. Storing items for me -no issue. Instructions for the city -here we go. Wonderful service. - Rooms are nice, spacious and have all you need. Bed very comfortable, bathroom nice and spacious, with great washing gels and shampoos -and all is superclean. View through window is narrow, but enough to catch sunlight and see if it rains or not. Nice idea also to put a "power plug box multiplier" (don't know how else to call the thing that takes the plugs to the table in a kind of "cube" :) ). The only thing I would recommend is to bring your hotel slippers, as there is a stylish but also a bit chilly floor laminate -can be a bit cool if you are barefoot. - Location is great for Saldanha, Libertade and Parque areas and beyond. It's the rather 'modern' part of Lisbon and not the tourist spots, but they are a quick ride away on any mean of transport you like. Uber/Bolt to airport is less than 10 Euros at any time of day and night !! And you have all kinds of shops and restaurants steps away ! I did not spend much time in the hotel, but the time I did I loved each minute. Rooms are nice, but really the sweet staff made all the difference ! This is a very well run hotel and I highly recommend it !

Excellent location, bus stop outside hotel with bus to city centre,5 minutes to Saldanha metro station. Pharmacy, small supermarket, bakery & several good restaurants within walking distance. Friendly hotel staff. Lobby & breakfast areas clean and airy. Room was great for a short stay(4 nights).Room on 8th floor & it was very quiet.
