Nice hotel and cozy. During stay here i haven’t met any problem. The room very clean, spacious and has a good view. My experience was quite positive. The hotel boasts a wonderful atmosphere, excellent service and friendly staff, keep it up🥰🥰

Think again before staying at this hotel. Verypoor service. First time ever in my life checked in to a hotel and waited hours at the lobby, until 6pm only for the room to be ready! I went there with my parents (70 years of age). Can you imagine that? The best part is they didnt even say sorry. What a shame. What a shame.

Not Worth for the Money Spent Here

Very old hotel, even the hairdryer is like vacuum cleaner. Some staffs don't even know about your Accor status tier. Welcome drink is non alcoholic for silver member. Room is a bit dusty and smell of cigarette is very strong even though its non smoking room.

My second trip to this hotel, all the facilities never disappoint, all the crew were also friendly and skilled. connecting room which is quite spacious for the lowest type, and also good breakfast. but I tried to contact the reservation team via email, telephone and WhatsApp with no response. please improve for reservation team.

We didn’t stay at this hotel but I was so hot from walking around Jakata and wanted to get a taxi back to the cruise ship that I went into this hotel. They were so exceptionally helpful, they let us use the WiFi, helped with the taxi and even got a phone charger for me. We decided to stay for some food which was delicious. We both had egg fried rice and drinks. The two reception guys were a real credit to the hotel, as we were not staying there but looked after us as if we were. I think they saw my bright red face and felt sorry for me. If you are in Jakarta they are really helpful and the food is lovely
