I had an exceptional experience at Novotel Phuket Resort! From the stunning surroundings to the impeccable service, every moment was truly memorable. Separately, I would like to say a big thank you to the recreation team ( pool area team) . You guys are amazing. Everyone was so attentive, so friendly. I was feeling like in family! Thanks Mad - I hag great experience in Thai boxing with you 😉, thanks to the others: Thiyo, Bank, Beat, Pang, Tok, … also the girls from same team, sorry I couldn’t remember all the names. 🙏☺️Thanks for your care and positive energy 😍All Service in entire hotel was amazing: my room every day was super clean, the food was delicious, the restaurant team was so friendly and nice. I can't wait to return! Thank you for a beautiful stay!❤️❤️❤️

Kids Cooking

My boys did the kids cooking club with Mos, El, Thiyo and they they had a great time. They made individual pizzas and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff were very friendly. The hotel overall was amazing. Clean and well maintained.

First of all this hotel is a kids friendly, if you are a family so this is the best hotel for you. the kids world team was so friendly and kind with my child specially “EL” she was so kind and always smiling. The kids animation team was so nice as well.The puzza chef was so clever and kind with kids. He gave the kids free cooking class. “Molly” at the reception was so helpful with a nice and smiling face 😍 The hotel is near to many restaurants and the patong peach.

We had the best stay at Novotel Phuket Resort. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. I had read the reviews before we came and it said that the rooms were on a steep hill. I have limited mobility so I emailed the hotel to ask for a room as close to reception as possible. They were able to accommodate this and I was in the closest room possible. The entrance to the hotel was also up a hill from the main road, however there was a shuttle available at any time of the day or night which was really handy. The room was massive and had everything we needed. The view of the sea was amazing. The air con was very efficient and simple to use, as was the shower. The hotel provide 4 bottles of water a day complimentary which was a nice touch. There was also an iron and ironing board in the room which was very helpful, as well as a good hairdryer. The pools were lovely and warm and there were plenty of sun beds. The men who work around the pools and give out towels were always very friendly and helpful. An asset to the team! You could also order food and drink to the sun bed and charge it to the room which was very handy. The reception staff were friendly and were able to accommodate a late check out with no problem at all. We booked two tours through the hotel - phi phi islands and James Bond island. They were both fantastic and I definitely recommend them! Thank you to the two ladies who helped us book this. It took the stress out and was made so simple. There was also a complimentary bus which took you to the shopping centre in Patong which was very handy as the shopping centre is right in the middle of the nightlife and restaurants. The food at the hotel was great and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely with fresh cooked breakfast, pancakes and waffles every day. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and should we come back to Phuket we would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so perfect.

Staff friendly and accommodating after we asked to change rooms because of noise. Our youngest loved kids world and especially the kids party. The staff made it such a fun day for her. Great location for family as close to action but not in the action.
