taff were great, no problems with language. Only problems that mega let them down were the pillows, absolutely terrible(try a deflatable marshmallow) so terrible night sleep. Hair dryer very loud, basic but efficient. WiFi terrible don’t even bother. Shower and tiny moments of mega hot to cool. Breakfast good wouldn’t have expected more, and a surprisingly quiet location. No corner shops nearby best is at the station if you’re wanting water. There is a little bar there with seating and you can take drinks to your room but no permanent attendance, you have to go the reception round the corner

Votre commentaire est très surprenant car notre établissement est ouvert 24h/24h avec une permanence 7j/7. De plus, une fontaine à eau est à votre disposition, plate comme gazeuse. Concernant le bar, c'est la réception qui le gère. Effectivement, il n'y a pas une personne dédiée mais notre équipe se fait un plaisir de s'occuper de l'ensemble de nos clients. Great location and cheap Champagne!

Got a super cheap night here when staying in Paris and found their champagne is only €40 a bottle! A good location for gare du nord and est and they provide really secure lockers to leave luggage in on check out day. The staff were very helpful and the room clean and well appointed.

Excellent base for a short break in Paris. Arrived via Eurostar at gare du nord and this hotel is a short walk around 10 mins over the bridge. During our 2 night stay we encountered numerous different staff at reception, and I have to say that all we’re extremely polite and helpful. It terms of location….it’s ideal, numerous metro stations near by to assist you moving around central Paris, some reviews stating it was potentially a little scary area but we never encountered any issues. At the end of the day a hotel in Paris is just a base where you spend very little time and we found this Ibis was ideal. Room was fine, fairly small but clean and all essentials provided which is all that’s required. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but on our last night we did use the 24hr bar for a couple of drinks before we retired to our room which was lovely….reception staff happy to assist in serving our drinks. All in all much recommended, I would say it’s a solid hotel option to stay at when visiting Paris…..especially when arriving via Gare du Nord.

A very comfortable stay. The rooms are not very large, but they are compact. The front desk is very helpfull and efficient. Breakfast is wholesome and tasty with enough variety. Although there is no kettle in the room, they provide hot water, cold and sparkling drinking water in the lounge. Very conveniently situated, a walking distance from Gare du Nord. Easy access to Metro and taxis. I would recommend this place to my friends.

The Ibis was a comfortable stay. We had a room which was spacious and comfortable with AC. Walkable distance to the main station of Paris du Nord and other subway stations as well. Breakfast was decent. Only thing there was no kettle or coffee in the room. Otherwise a good stay.
