IBIS Perth ... good looking outside but horror inside

Good location, friendly staff, good food ..... BUT ..... room 102 is EXTREMELY noisy since it is located next to the AC external unit. Working as QHSE, I had a measuring device for noise measurements, and the readings were above 72 dB. I've informed the front desk, and they said that they know and the Management is aware of the situation. More than this, the room walls were dirty, and the shower cabin was as well.

It’s clean cozy very conveniently located in the middle of the city. Very close to various places to shop, have coffee, restaurants and places to drink. I enjoyed its very perfect location, easy walking distance to everywhere surrounding. Did not disappoint at all!

Budget hotel really outdated, rooms not cleaned properly. Breakfast is basic but fair. Dinner is pretty good and the staff try there best. The Ibis Murray Street was a dive 10 years ago, It needs to knocked down! You can't pollish a turd! Cheap and nasty!

Great hotel for location and price. We were checked in quickly and efficiently. Our room had a very comfortable bed, good shower, fridge, iron, TV, and tea and coffee replenished daily. The restaurant/ bar was excellent value for money and the food lovely. It is close to shops etc and also the bus and train station and a short walk from Elizabeth Quay. The red cat bus goes past every few minutes to Matagarup bridge and the Opus stadium. We would highly recommend.

A very affordable hotel in Perth CBD, well located and good value for money. I paid A$780 for four nights (about £100 night) for a room without breakfast. It had a comfortable double bed, the usual amenties (TV, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, but no safe). The A/C was a bit binary - no temperature adjustment, so either off or hi/med/lo. There is a decent hotel bar and restaurant, which offers room service but beware - everything in Perth closes early by European standards, so don't expect dinner after 9:00pm. Murray Street is in the CBD, with a nice Belgian bar opposite, a 7-Eleven and other convenience stores a couple of minutes down the street, and a 10 minute walk to the Perth Convention Centre. There are numerous bars and cafes nearby. The CBD and surrounding streets seem to attract rough sleepers, probably because the climate is so mild, but there is a relaxed vibe, plenty of people out in the evenings and a reassuring number of friendly police officers cycling around on their bikes.
