This was our fifth time at this hotel. When we go to Egypt, we have no doubt that we will choose Novotel. This place has an amazing atmosphere, great staff, good quality and variety of food, comfortable rooms. And especially you should definitely visit this hotel if you want to see the incredible underwater world of coral reefs. This is the only hotel in Naama Bay with such a reef. I would also like to thank the wonderful people who work at Novotel and truly care about every guest. It was an amazing experience as always. Thanks and see you next year! Best regards, Varvara

We have come to this hotel since 2017 and it has never disappeared us. Well treated territory, good facilities, friendly staff. There is a coral reef on the beach and you can enjoy marine life to its fullest. Fish are incredible! Rooms are comfortable and proper, you will not find golden lamps , but you will have all you need. Swimming pools are clean and beautiful. But local staff is really something to be mentioned. They are helpful, friendly, not annoying. Roma , a person who works directly with clients, will always be there to help you , he is the most responsible and reliable Menager. Nagah is my favourite guard ever, the nicest and the most friendly guard in the world! But it doesn’t stop him from performing well his duties! The Big Boss is there and you can be sure that he is a very good Big Boss, you can talk to him as with other people. There is a good taxi service at the hotel. If you are looking for a peaceful place to have rest and enjoy your time, you obviously should choose this hotel.

One of the original resorts in Sharm El Sheikh, in the beautiful Naama bay - still has all its charm and attention to detail. In perfect scale and harmony with the landscape - somewhere between a resort and boutique hotel - really personal service, lovely grounds and gardens, nicely designed rooms. The staff were very nice and friendly and the the buffet meals were a real highlight with a fantastic range of foods -and variety as well as some local highlights such as special bread fruit and veg and amazing deserts, Felt very welcome and safe for the whole family. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Egypt and Sharm el Sheikh.

Amazing vacation in Egypt with Novotel

When you need to chillout, you have to choose Novotel, as you can feel that you are in your second home, want to give big thanks for all staff and managers there, they were helping us, also understood all our needs, beach was sandy easy to swim and relax, thanks to chef Nasr he make a great pasta.

Everything was perfect, it was a great vacation special thanks to guest relation team they are so helpful and they give a great attention which is in my opinion the key term of having a great time with no complications what so ever , definitely will come back , highly recommend 👍🏻
