Good mecure but minor changes needed

About 10mins from metro which is a nice walk along the Amstel River. Very modern hotel, looks not long built. Easy check in. With membership you get the premium side of the hotel. Room was well sized with comfy chairs and table. Great bathroom. Comfy bed but pillows were not great. Air con didn't seem to change much temperature wide but luckily was Feb. Great to have a nespresso machine. Umbrella hire was useful. Breakfast was expensive at over 50 euros for 2 of us though selection was excellent. No pool and limited gym. Nice to get slippers but no robes. Weird switches as switch for bathroom was next to front door. Extra points for not having room cleaned is always nice. Bed sheet was not fitted which meant it moved in the night. Overall a good mecure but minor changes would help.

Very close to the metro station two stops to the central station, room is spacious and very clean, a very relaxing mattresses and very conformity pillows. Big big shout to Ms.Ilary 👏👏👏 the front office manager she is very professional,attentive, she had to solve an issue at the dining room nevertheless that was not her job

We stayed in an 11th floor Privilege room. The view was great. It was very nice, clean and plenty of room. Part of the breakfast room is set aside for Privilege customers. My only gripe is that the restaurant was only doing buffet meals at €32. On most evenings I only want a small plate. We discovered that the Van Der Valk hotel, next door, has an excellent restaurant. Which is lucky because there isn't anything else nearby. If you are walking from the station try to find the route alongside the canal, it's the quietest way.

Great Hotel not to far from Central

Lovely Hotel not to far from Amsterdam Central. Rooms were lovely and clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a smell coming through from our bathroom but didn't think to say anything, but it did not spoil our stay. Beds were very comfortable and we had a few good nights sleep. Did not have breakfast, lunch or dinner there as there is so much choice in the city. Was surprised by some lovely balloons and cookies in my room for my birthday. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay wonderful.
