The service in the hotel in every area was excellent. Particularly in the restaurant and bar where Mian looked after us flawlessly. If coming to Birmingham again I’d definetly be booking in the Novotel again.

The hotel is perfect for the airport.,we have really enjoyed our stay here. We ate in the restaurant. The menu is superb and inventive, so different from what we have experienced in other airport hotels. The service was perfect, thank you Pedro, excellent service and thank to all the other staff who looked after us. A lovely start to our holiday.

Lovely warm welcome from reception! This continued in the restaurant where the service snd food was fabulous. Special thanks to Mian & colleagues who made me feel very welcome! The restaurant is very friendly and well worth a visit, my room was spotless clean and very comfortable! Modern touches like various lighting options around the room and a mini fridge & safe made my stay very chilled.
