Breakfast is indeed an important meal for me. It tunes the day. I'd really like to express my appreciation for Pedro for making the experience here great. By simple politeness, kindness, showing how top-rate service has to be. Simplicity is an important whale of hospitality nowadays. To allow your customers to be noticed and provide an easy means around. Make the guest feel welcomed with that "at-home" feeling. I found this today.

Decent airport hotel that has had a bit of a refurbishment. Bar area updated. Bedrooms, for some reason we could never understsnd, had a pebble dashed toilet with no sink, separate from the bathroom. Why?? Now knocked through into one and upgraded. Very nice now. Didn't affect us but we were totally shocked to see that in the bar and restaurant a kid's meal is £14.95. That is more expensive than some of the adult options on the menu. Really? Novotel clearly not family friendly if you have kids. £7.50 for kids would be plenty.

Amazing hotel. Great staff, very nice and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff at the reception, especially Pragya and Midhat. They are ready to help you with everything you need. I really recommend this hotel for your stay in Birmingham

Lovely stay before flying to Portugal lovely food in the restaurant Ruben was so helpful and polite and very attentive. The room is very clean the hotel is very close to the airport making the start of our holiday so much easier. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

What a great place to stay for the night before your flight. Perfectly positioned opposite departures, superb service, great restaurant and lovely comfortable rooms. Pedro in the restaurant provided outstanding service as did Rakesh in the bar for our pre dinner drinks. We have stayed here before and will certainly be staying any other time we fly from Birmingham.
