We had an amazing service with a very warm welcome and great experience. The food was delicious. The bed and pillows were the fluffiest ever! All this and the cosy atmosphere and nice people lead to us having a great stay. We will definitely come back!

A perfect stay as a family

We had the most fantastic 10 night stay at the Sofitel- our second visit in 5 years from London. As a young family with an 18 month old, we found the hotel catered very well for families. The kids club is extremely well presented and managed. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view of the beach and sunsets each night. The room cleaning and also turn down service each evening was discrete and perfectly clean. Thank you Gaitree :) When we wanted some quiet time, the adults only pool was simply gorgeous. The hotel also offers complimentary activities such as snorkelling in the reef and a glass bottom boat experience daily. The food experience is outstanding- whether at the main restaurant with themed dinners, breakfasts or even for cocktails at sunset, we have never had a better consistent experience. This hotel takes their food very seriously and our daughter was also very happy! From check in, to housekeeping, to F&b to the spa team, the service was excellent. We have left completely relaxed and rested and will definitely be back. Thank you amazing Sofitel L’imperial team! We are very impressed and we travel, a lot! A true 5* experience.

Comfortable stay. Only if room alloted was in a better location instead of being at the corner, almost at the last end of the hotel, where the view was all blocked. Otherwise things are fine, sumptuous meals, cordial f&b service staff, responsive housekeeping staff.

Words cannot describe how grateful we are towards the Sofitel team. They made us feel comfortable and made our special day (wedding) memorable. My husband had an incident couple days ago somewhere else and he needed a wheelchair to go around. A special thank you to Joanne for organising a disabled room instead of a normal room and my husband was able to access easier the bathroom. Priya and Davina was also lovely at the reception. Highly recommended and they will make sure your stay is a memorable one.
