Very uneven experience with this one.. Sometimes you maybe lucky with the check-in staff, sometimes not that much. You may have a nicer room in newer part, or end up in the old one, and then you have a small room with literally no air. Air conditioning is at its verge of death. The hotel is clean and well located, but I don't think I'm coming back.

To avoid traffic in center is the best location

All very easy and very friendly staff. Very easy to get from Airport to go elsewhere around Warsaw avoiding traffic jam in the center. I will repeat for sure despite of others Accor spots as it is the best location in the city when you are by car.

At arrival very friendly man who checked me in. Big hotel close to the airport and compulsary airport service. Room typical novotel but nice. The bar and restaurant was ok. Friendly and quick service. This is really worth a recommendation as hotel

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel staff. I put gold things in my room and flew away on vacation. I wrote a note and was pleasantly surprised that my forgotten things were found and returned. I also want to mention a play corner for children. My child happily played there while I was busy with work. Great breakfast and location + free transfer to airport. I recommend this nice hotel and thank again for such attitude 🙏🫶

Good hotel for one night stay

The hotel is quite nice, rooms are a bit oldschool, pretty clean. Personnel was friendly and helpful, breakfast with plenty choices what to eat. Coffee might be better. The pool outside was clean. Food in the restaurant tasty
