Very good accommodation I come here for a business trip and I found all I need start with front desk staff who was very friendly and efficient especially Yasmin who helped me a lot and the room was very nice with a pool view and the shuttle bus service was great I highly recommend this hotel

Clean comfortable hotel - awful shuttle service and food

Clean modern airport hotel, with comfortable beds. It was badly let down however by 2 issues - the shuttle and the food. Shuttle - advertised as free 24 hour service. On arriving to Cairo however it is extremely difficult to actually use it. You have to ring the hotel reception and wait 30 minutes, which isn't easy unless you have an Egyptian mobile. They ignored my messages sent in advance with our flight details, so we had a stressful wait in the blazing heat with our toddler. Thankfully a group of French tourists beside us in the queue were able to ask a local taxi driver to make the call. It’s easy to get the shuttle from hotel to airport. The Italian food (Primavera restaurant, beside the pool) - the pizzas had NO tomato on them so were basically cheesy bread with toppings, and the "tenderloin" beef was inedible - tough and chewy, the pepper sauce was actually just watery gravy. The "risotto" was just plain rice in a bowl served upside down. We tried to highlight this to staff but were ignored and had to pay the full amount.

OK for a stop over

Novotel Cairo Airport Hotel (room 364, king bed) +Near the airport (17min walk) but there is free shuttle bus from and to airport (but must contact the hotel when at the airport). +TV, Hair dryer, Safe box, Kettle, Refrigerator, +Gym (but I dont know if its free), and swimming pool. +ATM and small shop near the lobby. +View to the swimming pool from the room. -Very bad Wi-Fi from the room. -Room was not clean. A cleaner asked if the room was good and I told them no, told the person they missed plastic caps on the floor from previous guests and stains on the bed sheet and bathroom floor. -For shuttle bus from airport we must call them, and they dont even have WhatsApp for that. Tourists dont want to make phone calls abroad and not always having mobile data. Luckily I had mobile data and contacted my guide on WhatsApp who contacted the hotel for the shuttle bus, because the airport information desk couldnt help to make a call. The number is +201147404400. Better have shuttle bus going every 30min so tourists know, thats what they say in the reception to the airport but not from airport. So if you need shuttle bus to hotel, contact them. And if you need shuttle bus to airport, just go down to the lobby and its ready. +/- I mailed and asked how much the early-check-in cost and hotel replied 30 US dollars but when arrived they said 40 USD, luckily I had proof on the mail and showed the reception and they let me get it for 30 USD, the price should be added in the hotel description so its clear for everyone and no need to ask the hotel about it. Uber to the city center is around 45min and cost 5 US dollars. Breakfast was not included, so dont know if its good or bad (had to check-out early anyway). I give this hotel 3.5 of 5, If the room had better Wi-Fi and was cleaner, and shuttle bus easier to get from airport I would give this 5 of 5.

تم خصم النقاط دون خصم المبلغ والغرفه ليس بها نظامه وفيها نواقص كثيره وتم رفض ترقيه الغرفه علما باني الفئة الفضيه وابلغتهم بان عيد زواجي في ملاحظات الحجز ولمراجد منهم اي تقدير
