The hotel is situated at a walking distance to three historic Centre of three city. It can be reachable by car and many public transport where you have the parking option under the hotel which is a public one. The parking lot is crowded but a good option for the ones who will arrive with a care. As the hotel is sharing the building with a shopping mall and IBIS, it makes the location a very busy one. The check in and out speed is efficient. Free WiFi increases the satisfaction. The room is small and old furnished but clean. We stayed 4 person, which we knew that it will be crowded, but it did not affect for a short stay. There are no amenities and mini bar items in the room. The elevators are very old and slow. We did not have the chance to test the restaurant. I suggest for all short occasions and it is worth to see the history Centre.

We spent 2 nights on a 4th floor room. The rooms have good space, but not adequeately clean. . The furniture and upholstry is dated nad worn out with holes in the sheer curtains. The bathroom is tiny and dated with very basic amenity of soap and gel.

Worse experience ever there is one lady at the reception been very very very rude to my mrs over room card she had been rude from day one and when i have spoken to here she said i started 5 days a go i thought allow it but yesterday she been giving my mrs order over room keys i don’t think she deserve that job cleaning job maybe she will be unqualified

Family rooms above the night club

The hotel was great but we couldn’t sleep. We stayed 1 night and we asked for the 2 family rooms with a connecting door. The rooms were on the 3rd floor. Our rooms were just above a night club/bar ! We couldn’t sleep all night because of the people screaming/shouting all night. I don’t think it’s a great idea to put families room just above it and on that’s side of the building. Other than not being able to sleep. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was ok.

Ideal location for old town

Ideal location for the old town and Petite France with a short walk across the river. Parking right next door with direct access to the hotel. Like most underground car parks, it was a bit tight in places but not really a problem, Hotel was typical Novotel so you know what you are getting, standard room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast choice was excellent although we passed on hot food which looked as though it had been there for a few days! Otherwise, very happy with our visit and would stay again if we are in this area.
