Always a good stay, nice clean rooms, pleasant staff. The only thing I would say is that there should be a warning in the restaurant. There is a long step that divides the restaurant with tables and seating on a raised level. There is no tape on the step and the colour merges into the level floor and it is very difficult to see. Every time we stay, someone falls up the step.... this week a lady fell badly, hitting her face causing a nose bleed. The hotel needs to make this safe as it is very dangerous.

The dining experience is superb it exceeds my expectation, the food, wine and the service are d best and my big applause to the whole Team. The room is ok but a little bit dark. The pool area and the restaurant are the main highlight of this hotel. Big parking space too.

This hotel is in the suburbs of Avignon so best suited for travellers with a car. There is ample free parking around the hotel. Most of the staff spoke English and all were friendly and helpful. The staff on at breakfast were incredibly efficient. Our room was a good size, quiet and comfortable with a good bed. The breakfast offering was substantial with a fresh orange squeezer a treat. The dinner offering was good and reasonably priced. The wines we had were all good and very low in price. The swimming pool is excellent.

Second stay in this hotel and has been upgraded very well Spacious room with good shower and Aircon very quet and effective. Free secure parking and good breakfast. Very quiet room and comfortable bed.with well placed mirror and power points Would definitely stay again

Hotel pleasant BUT ..........beware

Spent 4 pleasant nights with the hotel staff being pleasant and accommodating. There were two specific points which spolit the stay. 1. There was a constant bad smell of sewage in the bathroom / toilet. 2. The hotel is recommending a taxi company "OUI DRIVER" which we unfortunately used to take us to the outskirts of Avignon, we then took a local taxi for the return to the hotel with a local taxi service advertised near the railway station. The cost of the return trip was 50% cheaper than "OUI DRIVER" which I find disgusting for a company being recommended by the hotel. After speaking with 2 different reception staff they agreed to investigate.
