A Question Mark Hotel ???

Immediately in the taxi appraaching the hotel I was in shock with urgent need of painting of the overall facades but then entering the reception hall I was positively impacted by the area and thought “bad winter”. I was assigned to a Suite in the last floor but the views were nothing but other buildings. The room was old, badly cleaned, although acceptable linen but rocks instead of pillows! Bleach is a word to be teached over there. Still, the dinners at the restaurant were surprisingly above average! Most staff not very friendly especially the reception: they are so busy they do not bother to look into your face. This is a place you feel constantly facing contrasts. When you are not happy with something they positively surprise you with something like i.e. the sustainable offer of bottles to be refiled in a local water fountain !!! 10 for this. In summary: zero to cleaning and daily housekeeping; average breakfast; good dining restaurant; very average location. Pay a bit more but stay closer to Paris and a healthier hotel. This one needs an urgent facelift in all areas including Human Resources

After reading all those negative comments I must confess I was pretty scared of staying at this hotel. But actually, it was a pretty good good experience. Breakfast was very nice with croissant, two types of cheese, hot coffee, yogurt. It was very crowded. Arrive early. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is two blocks away from the subway station and there's a supermarket on the corner. Definitely I recommend this hotel 🙂

Not a 4 star hotel but reasonable if you can look beyond the date rooms

you get a wow factor when you enter the hotel and loads of sitting areas for relaxation however, the rooms are well-dated, and a bit dusty. It seems like the air vent/circulation system emits more dust than cleaning the air. Our stay was reasonably ok, and breakfast was reasonable. This hotel is on the outskirts of Paris which means you have to commute to town, the metro and bus stops are around the corner. There are local amenities a whisker away e.g shops, mall etc.

Lobby is great but rooms are terible! Its complete opposite of the lobby. Breakfast is tolerable but can be improved. The rooms are dark and looks old, with paints already chipped off. Toilet is also terible.

Would not recommend - nowhere close to 4 star.

Upon entering the hotel expectations are high as the lobby area is modern and newly renovated. But nothing about this hotel is close to 4 star. Unfriendly staff, wrong information provided by staff, rooms are dated and not properly clean. Would not recommend.
