4. How much does membership cost?

All the tools and creations used to promote the Accor range are made available to you free of charge.
Our affiliation programme requires no investment on your part. You will not be asked for any entrance fee or registration charge, and you will gain free and direct access to our tools (links, banners, search engines etc.).

5. How do I register?

8. What responsibilities do I have as a partner?

If for whatever reason you wish to leave the affiliation programme, all you need to do is to cease to use the Accorhotels.com links and to inform us by e-mail so that we can deactivate your account and settle the outstanding sums we owe you for the month that has elapsed.

10. Can I take part in other programmes?

Yes, as a member of the Accorhotels.com programme, you can be a partner of other affiliation programmes at the same time.

11. Multiple applications

If you have several Internet sites, you can group them all together on the same account, which will allow you to add the various performances together and thereby access a better level of remuneration.

II. Earnings and payment

1. What are the payment terms?

The commissions are paid at the end of each month when their aggregate value has reached $25, before tax, for the financial period in question, and when Commission Junction has been paid for the services it has performed on behalf of the Affiliation Programme. If the total sum of commissions payable to the Member has not reached this sum, it will automatically be carried over to the following month.

2. What payment method is used?

Payment will be made directly to the Member by means of bank transfer to his bank account or check. Once your registration with the Accorhotels.com affiliation programme has been confirmed, you will be able to use your secure personal Commission Junction to enter all the information on your bank account and in particular the name and your account number of the bank branch which handles it and the account number.

3. What is a confirmed sale?

This is the term used to describe a person who books a hotel using Accorhotels.com, via the specific URL designated by Accorhotels.com, and who actually uses this booking.

4. Who can I contact in the event of a problem with payment or any other dispute regarding the commissions?

5. What is compensation?

Accorhotels.com offers the following compensation rates.

For each net bed night generated from your site, you will receive:
6% of the turnover on bed nights in Lucien Barrière, Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure or Suitehotel hotels
3% of the turnover on bed nights in an Ibis hotel.

N.B.: the payment becomes payable once the customer has begun his stay ("net bed night"). Remember that there is likely to be a difference between the date of the booking and the date of the actual stay.

6. Who handles bookings and cancellations?

The Accorhotels.com site handles the on-line booking of hotel rooms for all the Accor brands (Sofitel, Novotel, etc.) and provides real-time information on room availability. Web users can use the Internet to cancel bookings they have made, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale that are set out on the website.

7. What is the expiry period for the Accorhotels cookie?

The cookie remains valid for 30 days. This 30-day cookie means that you benefit even when your web user visits our site later: if a visitor accesses our site directly and makes his purchase 30 days AFTER having clicked on a link from your site, you will be paid the commission that corresponds to the purchase made.

Yes, you can integrate links to several sites. In order to do so, you need to add the various sites to the Commission Junction platform beforehand, using the method described above. Once the sites have been accepted, you can paste the HTML codes into the various graphical elements.

7. How often does Accor modify its graphical elements?

Accor regularly develops new graphic creations and links in order to promote the special offers that are currently available and to enable you to increase your earnings. You will be informed of these modifications by e-mail.


IV. Accor promotional and advertising tools

1. What obligations relating to advertising are there? (Purchase of key words, sponsored links, etc.)

Throughout the duration of the partnership, the partner undertakes to:
- Not buy any keywords that contain the name of Accor or one of its brands, even if spelt differently, from any search engine or referencing service provider (e.g.: Google, Yahoo, etc.)
- Not to set up sponsored links with one or several sites owned by Accor
- For all advertising carried out by means of e-mail, the partner undertakes to abide by articles 20, 21 and 22 of law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (the law relative to consumer trust in the digital economy) that provide that the issuer of a message and the subject of said message shall be clearly identified.

2. Can I be affiliated with Accorhotels.com and also provide my own booking system for Accor hotels?

We cannot trace offline sales (freephone, fax, booking engine that is specific to the site, etc.). None of the bed nights that are generated other than via the Internet give rise to a commission. It is for this reason that we do not wish to combine an Accorhotels.com affiliation with an offline booking system.

3. Can I use a white label?

No, Accorhotels.com does not use white labelling, because Accorhotels.com guarantees a quality service and fully secure transactions.

4. Can I do direct e-mail advertising with Accorhotels?

Yes, of course. You can use all of the creations (mini-engines, banners, logos, etc.) that are available on the Commission Junction affiliation platform. However, the texts and positioning of our offers must ABSOLUTELY be verified by our services before your batch e-mail is sent out.

1. How do I access my account?

To access your personal account, you need to have registered with Commission Junction beforehand. If you are not registered, you can do so on this page.

If you are already registered, you identify yourself on the page http://www.cj.com, using your login and your password. You are then taken to your member's area. In the "Account" Info section, you will find all the information about your registration (personal data, bank details, etc.)

2. How can I change the bank details?

To change your bank details, you need to go into the "Account" section, and into the sub-section entitled Payment Information. You will find yourself in a secure area where you can make all the changes to your banking information that you need to.

3. How can I recover my password / How do I change my password?

4. Can I add URL addresses to my account?

Yes, you can add as many new URL addresses to the same account as you wish. By adding all the sites to the same account, you will see all of the commissions that have been generated in a single visit.
