RL58 Couples - TripAdvisor review

For a hotel in a large centre this hotel had terrible front desk staff. The girl working the desk was too busy looking at her lap top to even acknowledge our arrival. The room was adequate. Water temperature too cold and inadequate flow. Not what I expected for a hotel in London

We decided to book the Novotel London Bridge being not far from the Underground, Borough market and street where we were able to go everywhere we wanted to from there. As a heartist and the Executive Housekeeper of the Movenpick Beirut I loved the hotel, the staff, the rooms, service I should say was spot on. Product knowledge as well is very well understood from the staff, and we were well informed. Th F&B is great food taste great, rooms division, everyone made our stay unforgettable, and we will come back!! well, done guys, cheers, Sam

We stayed with 2 children in a 4 persons room. The temporady bed was a little too small for our 16 yo boy. Apart from that the room and the hotel were perfect. We didn't have breakfast

The hotel was good, food and drink were nice. The service was a bit slow but the staff were very nice. However in the room there was a window between the bathroom and the bedroom. The button to froth the glass worked but it still gave a good view of someone in the shower. This is not suitable for families, I.e a father sharing with his pre-teen daughter.
