When I arrived the hotel at 11.30pm they said to me they are fully booked and canceled my reservation.why they did not call me and ask me? I m the Schneider Electric employee and it was for sure a business trip.

Mr Cayli Muhterem, I would like to apologies on behalf of the hotel for the inconvenience with your reservation and removed you to another hotel. We understand how frustrating this can be and are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We had some issues with our reservation system and your reservation has been integrated only later and we did not have any rooms available. I hope you enjoyed the free upgrade in a Executive room for your second night. I sent you an email to offer you a compensation. All services OK, great room, breakfast as well. Only small comment on issues with internet to work. Interruptions repeatedly, difficulty to work and connect.
