We chose this hotel for the "heated pool" and it was closed! No communication on that. Disappointment especially the kids! Our room was not cleaned very well. On arrival we were greeted with an empty bottle of water in an uncleaned fridge. In the bathroom everything was empty (shower gel, hand wash…). Next day, we went out all day, when we came back, bins were not emptied, dirty cups we had left in the room from breakfast were still there even the empty pizza boxes from the night before were left there! The pizza bought from the hotel tasted like frozen pizza. It was warm and rubbery. Breakfast was small but was good, staff was friendly, nice environment for the kids. Overall, the stay was OK

A comfortable stay but restaurant food served warm.

we have stayed at this hotel several times (six in 2023) and have always been very satisfied. this time we could have been in a different hotel. The receptionist's attitude was not very welcoming. it felt like we were an inconvenience.

He took a little time to take care of you because he was taking care of another family, which is why you waited a long time. And after our colleague told us that he changed your room in 173, he even helped you carry the suitcases. And then he asked you if everything went well, you confirmed that it did. This is why we are surprised by your message, because our team really thought we had done what was necessary. We are sorry if this did not live up to your expectations.
