The only complaint I have is that the ceiling in the kitchen fell onto my food I was preparing and ruined my meal, causing me to have to go to a get food after a long day in the city. There are several areas in the room that lacked maintenance or were affected by water or moisture over a long period. If the room had repairs done before a guest was in the room I would be very happy.

I cried when first entered room. Carpet thin & dirty. Bathroom small, desperately needed good clean. Towels thin & small. Inadequate number of pillows. Curtains hanging off rail. Breakfast ver poor choice and not fresh products. The whole hotel was in a ver poor condition.

very nice to stay one month in Adagio Esplanade de La Defense, the location is super with 2 min walk to the metro. the staff is very nice and helpful regarding all my needs. it will be the best to bring back to operation the escalier as sometimes it takes longer to wait for a lift.
