The plus of this hotel is the quality of its beds, which are warm and comfortable. The temperature of the room was hard to keep at a reasonably pleasant level. Internet worked well. Equipment in the room is quite limited, with no toiletries or kettle in the room - and not even a toilet brush. The reception of the hotel is quite welcoming, although always quite packed with groups of guests, with a free water dispenser, a coffee and vending machines, a space to store luggage and a small bar. There is also a restaurant.

About the temperature, were you too hot or too cold? Do not hesitate to come and see us in reception so that we bring you a solution. For the equipment of the room, we have made available to our guests, shower gel, shampoo, towels, hair dryer. In the red ibis hotels indeed there is no kettle, you will find this in the hotels of the range above like Mercure or Novotel. By cons we have a machine that distributes hot water for free in reception available 24/24. Thank you for our reception, it makes us happy, indeed there are often people because we have a lot of room (402) and we can receive up to 900people. -) Have a nice day! Christelle

The bar, restaurant and reception staff were very unpleasant. The mattress very bad. During the day I had back pain every day.

Regarding the mattress, we are equipped with beds "sweet bed by ibis", there is a firm mattress and a toppler that gives the soft side to the bedding, our guests are usually very happy. The shower only points at the wall and the bed 'feels' dirty

I stayed here last month and it was good, given the price. This week the trip was spoiled by the shower having been badly installed. The hose had such a kink in it that it would only point at the wall when in the holder. So if you stay in the hotel don't go to room 335. I'm starting to really dislike the beds... the mattress is great, it's just that the bed based is covered in a thick black material... it just FEELS dirty. If you can't see a hotel room is clean... then it probably isn't. I went to tell the reception as I left but there was a huge queue and I had to get to work. I feel bad about that now.. Accor is generally very good... I think the trick here... avoid 335.
