1. What is Accorhotels.com affiliation?
The Accorhotels.com affiliation program, thanks to our graphics boutique (links, banners etc.),
enables you to set up links to our hotel sites.
The remuneration for overnight bookings made shall vary depending
on the hotel brand chosen by your visitor and the number of sales confirmed. To help us provide a better service,
we have teamed up with TradeDoubler for the Accorhotels.com affiliation program.

3. Who can join this affiliation program?
We would like every site to be able to promote Accorhotels.com. However, Accor SA
reserves the right to refuse certain sites such as travel agencies. Companies with an IATA code also cannot be accepted.
In particular, although the following list is not exhaustive, Accor shall refuse sites which directly
or indirectly:
- contain images or texts that are violent, racist, libelous, or are an incitement to any form
of extremism or discrimination,
- offer content that is pornographic, erotic, religious, political, or similar,
- do not comply with the legislation in force and with the rights of third parties,
- or which in any other way are liable to cause harm to the brand image of Accor or its sales
policy.

4. How much does membership cost?
All the tools and creations used to promote the Accor range are made available to you free of charge.
Our affiliation program requires no investment on your part. You will not be asked for any entrance fee or
registration charge, and you will gain free and direct access to our tools (links, banners, search engines, emailing kits etc.).

5. How do I register?
It is extremely simple to sign up to the Accorhotels.com affiliation program. All you have to do is go to our
"Register now" section and follow the instructions.
When you are registering, you will have to read and accept the Conditions of Use that apply to our program
and the TradeDoubler service.
Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email from TradeDoubler containing your login and password for immediate access to the program. Within 4 working days, you will receive confirmation of whether your registration has been accepted

7. I am a foreign site, how can I register?
The Accorhotels.com affiliation program accepts applications for sites in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Polish.
However, the membership system does not exclude any application in a language other than those mentioned above. For all these sites, please contact us via email on: affilies_frh@accor-hotels.com.

8. What responsibilities do I have as a partner?
As a member of the Accorhotels.com affiliation program, you will represent the Accor brand and its partners (Lucien Barrière and Adagio).
You will therefore have to:
- ensure that Accorhotels.com occupies a prevalent position on your site and is updated regularly.
- ensure that all the Accorhotels.com links that you provide on your site are valid and relevant.
- ensure that creations and links are updated.

9. I want to leave the program, how do I go about it?
If, for whatever reason, you wish to leave the Accorhotels.com affiliation program, all you need to do is to cease to use the Accorhotels.com links. |

10. Can I take part in other programs?
Yes, as a member of the Accorhotels.com program, you can be a partner of other affiliation programs at the same time. |

11. Multiple applications
If you have several Internet sites, you can group them all together on the same account, which will allow you to add the various performance indicators together and thereby increase your remuneration.
You can add a site to your membership account yourself. In order to do so, simply go the Settings section, followed by the Site information subsection, then click Add a site and fill out the form.

II. Earnings and payment
1. What are the payment terms?
The commissions are paid at the end of each month when their aggregate value has reached EUR 50 before tax and once TradeDoubler has received payment for the services provided on behalf of the Accorhotels.com affiliation program. If the total sum of commissions payable to the partner has not reached this limit, it will automatically be carried over to the following month.
The invoice will then be settled within a period not exceeding 45 working days from the date of the booking.

2. Which payment methods are used?
Payment will be made directly to the partner by means of a bank transfer to its bank account. Once your registration with the Accorhotels.com affiliation program has been confirmed, you will be able to use your secure personal TradeDoubler space to enter all the information relating to your bank account and, in particular, the name and SWIFT code of the particular branch which holds the account and the full account number. |

3. What is a gross overnight booking?
Gross overnight booking shall mean any overnight stay booked on Accorhotels.com, regardless of whether the booking is used or canceled. |

4. Who can I contact in the event of a problem with payment or any other dispute regarding the commissions?

5. What is compensation?
Accorhotels.com offers the following compensation rates.
For each net bed night generated from your site, you will receive:
- 8% on overnight stays with Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, and Lucien Barrière
- 6% on overnight stays with Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel, and Adagio
- 3% on overnight stays with Ibis and All Seasons
- 1.5% on overnight stays with Etap Hotel, HotelF1 and Formule 1
*the commission percentage shall apply to the total order value, regardless of the number of overnight stays booked |

6. Who handles bookings and cancelations?
The Accorhotels.com site handles the online booking of hotel rooms for all the Accor brands (Sofitel, Novotel etc.) and for its partners (Lucien Barrière and Adagio) and provides real-time information on room availability. Web users can use the Internet to cancel bookings they have made, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale associated with the reserved rate. |

7. What is the expiry period for the Accorhotels cookie?
The cookie remains valid for 30 days. Any booking made during these 30 days will be attributed to the partner, providing it originates from the last visit made by the web user. |

III. The setting up of the graphical items (links, search engines, banners, emailing kits etc.)
1. What promotional tools are made available to members of the program?
There are many different promotional tools available to members: search engines, banners, text links, logos, and link generators. For all these graphical elements, you need to connect to TradeDoubler and then click on Show Code. Your affiliation platform identity will already be built into all the creations. We have made a wide range of links available to ensure that all your needs are met.

2. How can I create links?
In the Destinations section on the TradeDoubler platform, you can find predesigned links pointing to towns and countries.
If you wish to generate your own links to a country, town, region, or hotel, a link generator is available in the Info section. Simply fill in your membership code and the link that you generate is automatically tagged with your identity. All that is left to do is copy the HTML code from the Show Code window and paste it in your site. Any modification to the HTML code could affect the way the transactions that come from your site are monitored. This would mean that we would be unable to monitor the generated traffic with precision.

3. How often can I update my links?
We recommend you update your links regularly. We are constantly developing new graphic creations and hypertext links that enable you to respond to the particular interests of your visitors. In addition, hotels are continuously being added to the Accor network. |

4. How can I detect "broken" links from my website?
The reports that are available on TradeDoubler will enable you to spot the presence of any broken links. It is then quite simple to take the necessary measures. |

5. If I have several sites, can I create multiple links on each of the sites?
Yes, you can integrate links to several sites. In order to do so, you must first add the various sites to the TradeDoubler platform using the method described above (Point III. 2.). Once the sites have been accepted, you can paste the HTML codes into the various graphical elements. |

You may place as many graphical elements as you wish on your site, there is no limit. |

7. How often does Accor modify its graphical elements?
Accor regularly develops new graphic creations and links in order to promote the special offers currently available and to enable you to increase your earnings. You will be informed of any changes by email. |

IV. Accor promotional and advertising tools
1. What are the obligations relating to advertising? (Purchase of key words, sponsored links etc.)?
Throughout the duration of the partnership, the partner undertakes to:
- comply with the web promotion and advertising policy unique to the Accorhotels.com affiliation program. For more information, click here (insert link).
- For all advertising carried out by means of email, the partner undertakes to abide by articles 20, 21, and 22 of law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 (the law relative to consumer trust in the digital economy), that provides that the issuer of a message and the subject of said message shall be clearly identified.

2. Can I be affiliated with Accorhotels.com and also provide my own booking system for Accor hotels?
No. Any overnight stays not generated via the Internet shall not give rise to any entitlement to commission. |

3. Can I use a white label?
No, Accorhotels.com does not use white labelling, because Accorhotels.com guarantees
a quality service and fully secure transactions. |

Can I do direct email advertising with Accorhotels?

1. How do I access my account?
To access your personal account, you need to have registered with TradeDoubler beforehand.

1. Can I monitor and check the indicators of my transactions and performances?
Yes, TradeDoubler has a number of report functions that enable you to see how your site is performing. Here are the benefits of the performance report generation functions available on the TradeDoubler platform:
- real time web-based monitoring;
- real time access to the indicators: print-outs, number of clicks and potential customers, sales, click rate, earnings per click etc.
- weekly check on sales.
- detailed reports that can be sorted and customized;
- trend reports and analyses;
- campaign analysis and optimization;
- downloading and recording of daily, monthly, or customized reports in various formats
(Excel or CSV, for example);
- performance indicators for each banner and for the whole of a campaign;
- possibility of monitoring the campaigns being carried out over a number of websites.

2. How can Accorhotels.com establish that a booking has come via my site?
When a visitor clicks on an Accorhotels banner or link, a cookie is placed on their computer. This cookie, which remains valid for 30 days, contains a code that can determine which site the visitor used before being redirected to Accorhotels.com.
You will therefore receive commission for any overnight stay booked from your site within the 30 days prior to the first visit made by the customer to Accorhotels.com, providing that this booking originated from the web user's last visit to your site.

3. How often can I generate reports?
You can generate reports covering various periods, using the TradeDoubler interface. |

4. Are my reports updated when I move on to a different rate of commission?
At the end of the month in question, your commissions are modified accordingly
(note that the updating of your monthly earnings in the reports does not appear
