Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was great. Only downside was the bar not being staffed when we went for a drink we waited about 10mins and then went back to our room.

Noisy air conditioner unit

We stayed two nights. Both nights the air con unit was noisy and wasn't cooling the room down. We let the staff know and they apologized that they were unable to fix what is an old system. Expensive stay @ $400 night and terrible sleep. Great location, friendly staff.

Great location, polite professional staff. Clean, well-appointed room on the executive floor. Nice extra having the simply but adequately stocked mini bar complimentary. Only slight was an issue promised to be followed up wasn't, I had to follow it up after the weekend. Also room restocking was haphazard. Twice we requested items to be stocked that were missed. However small quibbles. We'd stay again as overall a great stay.
