A very underwhelming experience. Had booked rooms for friends too and they had issues checking in as the lady who I spoke to did not allocate them to the rooms like she said she would. The male I dealt with on the phone and In person was also not the best service wise. I will leave him unnamed for this review. The rooms were neat and clean, location was good but the smallest place I’ve ever slept in, that hasn’t been a tent/swag. I felt very claustrophobic and could barely spend time in there. I’d be happy to discuss this experience further with a manager as it was a little dissatisfying. Sorry.
