Nice room, pleasant staff and everything we needed for our stay. Only negative from my view would be, I felt the dinner menu could have included more basic food choices. I sat in the dining room and observed the other patrons. I wondered if after a hard days work, a 180g salmon with a green veggies would be adequate.

Everything from check in, room, breakfast and checkout was great for the price. The lifts are getting a bit tired with broken buttons etc but didnt affect the stay.

My stay with Novotel Wellington was enjoyable. For the last 4 years we have visted the friendly wellington city. Each time we have stayed at the Novotel. This time I was at an even at sky stadium and sent a couple of large boxes to the hotel. the staff were able to put a note on them and locate them as soon as I checked into the hotel. The staff were also curious about the event so they could share it with other visitors if the were looking for events in the weekend. The location of the hotel is good and the lift down to Lampton Key is one we always use to venture round the city. We are happy to share the information of the lift with guests as they do wonder how to get down to the shops. We look forward to our next visit.
