The location of the hotel is good as it is near Myeongdong commercial area. The staff especially Mr. Mook was very accommodating and friendly. He even extended his assistance to us.

Very convenient. Annie has been very helpful. The hotel’s location is easy to reach, with a bit of parking provided. Check-in process us pretty much streamlined, a standard expected of an international hotel chain. In addition, for our stay, the hotel also kindly facilitated our early check-in without extra charges.

Staff was very kind and accommodating to any needs or questions I had, my stay was very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. The hotel and rooms were clean and very close to many shopping areas. When I needed my room changed, the hotel staff handled it right away. I would definitely recommend!

Booked via booking.com and was written with city view instead I got construction view with people who can see me , this construction starts from early morning so you don’t need an alarm on top of that the fan inside the shower makes noise like a helicopter , everything looks a bit old reminds more guest house
